• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners, including TCS Express, Leopard Courier, and other reputable logistics providers.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Promotional offers such as free shipping may be available from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the shipment tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, Rahat Chandi House is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
